YOGA for LIFE ~ Public Donation Class

All friends are welcome to my Yoga for Life class at Fit Body Boot Camp on Sundays at 4 pm at the Forest Hills location.  Your $5-$10 cash donation will go to a Fit Body Boot Camp charity (members sign up on the FBBC app for free).  Please wear a mask - for now - and bring your own yoga mat and additional yoga props as you desire according to the type of class.
